Skills and Knowledge Requirements- Sheetrock
- Texturing
- Painting
- Cabinetry install/repair
- Trim work
- Installing baseboards, casing, interior doors, etc.
- Ability to use all power tools
- Demolition and project clean‑up
- Property board‑up experience preferred but not required
- A valid driver’s license and a good driving record
- Compensation varies by experience level and can be discussed during the first interview.
