Kintetsu World Express provided pay range: $29.00/hr - $34.00/hr

Deliver competitive pricing, outstanding customer service, and efficient operational support for surface transportation within the USA and cross-border logistics involving the USA, Mexico, and Canada. Serve as a key resource for current and prospective clients, ensuring seamless transport solutions.

• Provide competitive pricing, outstanding customer service, and efficient operational support for surface transportation within the USA and cross-border logistics involving the USA, Mexico, and Canada.
• Responsible for the smooth movement of assigned shipments including booking cost effective trailers, tracking shipments, updating in-transit shipments, closing and rating the shipment daily.
• Provide quotes for assigned customers and sales department as necessary and assist with new projects to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist Department employees in the generation of various weekly and monthly reports, including month end billing if necessary.
• Provide back up support within department during busy periods, vacations and unexpected employee absences.
• Support Surface Logistics Project
• Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
• Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures.
• Support department and team where and when needed.

Full-time, with potential overtime hours when business volume and/or time sensitive matters dictate, especially at accounting month end.

• 5+ years of logistics and domestic business experience
• Computer and typing skills
• Ability to communicate professionally, work calmly under pressure, and be well organized

• Excel and Oracle skills
• TMS (Transportation Management System) knowledge
• 3-4 years of TMS experience
