Shipping Clerk

Position

Reporting to the Shipping Supervisor, the Shipping Clerk is responsible for supporting daily shipping and materials‑handling operations to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely order fulfillment for domestic and international customers. This is an on‑site role at our Wood Dale, IL facility.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (flexible).

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic computer skills, including the ability to look up information in Oracle.
• Interest in obtaining forklift certification and developing hands‑on operational skills, including use of a pallet jack.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend English.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.

The compensation range for this role is $18.00 - $20.00 USD per hour. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees. The compensation range may be modified in the future.
