About the Role:The Service Porter plays a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation and presentation of a service facility, primarily focusing on the transportation and preparation of vehicles for service or delivery. This position ensures that vehicles are moved safely and efficiently between customer drop-off points, service bays, and parking areas, contributing to an organized and customer-friendly environment. The Service Porter is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the service area, including washing and vacuuming vehicles as needed to uphold high standards of appearance.
This role supports the service team by assisting with various logistical tasks, enabling technicians and service advisors to focus on their core responsibilitieselten. Ultimately, the Service Porter helps enhance the overall customer experience by ensuring timely vehicle handling and a well-maintained service environment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to operate vehicles safely in various conditions.
- Basic physical fitness to perform tasks such as lifting, walking, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Good communication skills to interact professionally with team members and customers.
- Previous experience in a service porter or similar automotive support role.

- Safely transport vehicles between customer drop-off points, service bays, and designated parking areas.
