Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) as well as a
Lead CNA for an experienced CNA looking to take on additional leadership responsibilities and grow within our community.

Lead CNA position is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys resident care while also taking on additional responsibility and serving as a resource and positive role model for the care team.
The Lead CNA will continue to provide hands-on resident care while helping support the nursing team, fellow CNAs, and day-to-day operations of the shift.
Lead CNA Starting Pay: $20.00/hour
Full-Time & Part-Time opportunities available
Open
Shifts:
2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Every other weekend required
On-call rotation included
Our CNAs provide compassionate, hands-on care while supporting the safety, comfort, dignity, and overall well-being of our residents.
You will work closely with our nursing team to provide individualized care and create a positive experience for residents and their families.
Minimum QualificationsCurrent CNA certification in the state of Illinois
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication skills with residents, families, and team members
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic computer skills
Preferred QualificationsExperience in long-term care, assisted living, or senior living
Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities
Previous leadership or mentoring experience preferred for the
Lead CNA position
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
Monitor and record vital signs
Support residents with their daily routines and individualized care needs
Provide emotional support and companionship
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable resident environment
Communicate effectively with nursing leadership and other members of the care team
Lead CNA: Provide additional shift leadership, support fellow CNAs, help promote accountability and teamwork, and serve as a resource for the care team
