East Suffolk Council is seeking a System and Transaction Manager to lead the operations of the Systems and Transaction teams (Payables & Receivables) and deliver timely, professional reporting. You will oversee VAT accounting in line with HMRC guidance, act as main VAT contact, contribute to the Statement of Accounts, and drive change and improvement across the finance system projects.
