About the Role

Little St. John's Surgery is looking for an organised and proactive clinical administrator to join our friendly GP practice in the heart of Woodbridge. This is a varied role supporting our clinical team with referrals, patient records, correspondence and general administration, helping to deliver high-quality patient care.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.30am–2.30pm (25 hours per week), with flexibility to provide additional cover when required.

You will:
  • Process referrals and clinical correspondence.
  • Manage patient registrations and medical records.
  • Support GPs with clinical administration.
  • Liaise with hospitals and other healthcare providers.
  • Maintain accurate records using Systm One.
  • Provide general administrative and reception support as needed.

About the Candidate

You will have:
  • Excellent organisational, communication and IT skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise your workload.
  • A professional, patient-focused approach.
  • Previous NHS or healthcare administration experience is desirable but not essential.
