Hours: Four weekdays , 8.45 am to 4.45 pm (we are flexible on which days)

As a Customer Service Assistant, you’ll be the friendly face of Suffolk Building Society, helping our members with their financial needs while creating meaningful connections. This is more than just a customer service role—it’s a chance to make a real difference.
What You’ll Do:- Provide an outstanding, friendly, and professional experience to all members.
- Handle financial transactions with care and accuracy.
- Offer guidance on our savings and mortgage products, helping members make informed choices.
- Stay up to date with our products and services, ensuring you can confidently assist members.
- Support local community initiatives and charity programs.
- Work collaboratively with your team to create a positive and inclusive workplace.
- A passion for helping people and delivering excellent service.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Attention to detail and confidence in handling transactions.

- A willingness to learn – previous experience is great, but it’s not essential!
