Flagship-Housing is seeking a Rent Advisor based at Riduna Park (Woodbridge) with occasional travel to other Flagship offices. You will support tenants to manage rent accounts, avoid debt and sustain their homes through tailored guidance.
You will handle sensitive conversations, use data to prioritise workload and create action plans, and work closely with welfare benefits teams, repairs and housing services to resolve issues. This is a full-time permanent role.
