Day-to-day of the role:

• Coordinate a team of nationwide mobile engineers.
• Handle telephone calls from customers and engineers promptly and courteously.
• Log services, breakdowns, and installs accurately on Protean.
• Inform customers about the services and contract types provided by the company.
• Order parts on behalf of engineers or customers and keep them updated on the status of ordered parts.
• Raise quotes to gain authority to proceed with repairs.
• Manage the re-booking process for follow-up engineer visits.
• Communicate warranty, charges, and payment terms to customers.
• Respond to customer queries regarding the status of any job via telephone or email.
• Escalate customer concerns or complaints to your line manager while maintaining professionalism.
• Participate in training programs as directed by your line manager.
