Finance Manager

An established and highly respected organisation operating within a regulated industry is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join its team on a part-time, office-based basis.
This is a hands-on role offering the opportunity to take ownership of the day-to-day finance function and provide accurate and timely financial information to support the business.

Key Responsibilities
Managing the day-to-day finance and accounting function
Maintaining accurate financial records and processing transactions
Bank and account reconciliations
Invoicing, payments and credit control
Preparing financial and management information
Supporting month-end and year-end processes
Liaising with external accountants and advisers
Maintaining strong financial controls and compliance
Identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies
About You
We are looking for an experienced finance professional with:
Previous experience in a Finance Manager, Accounts Manager or similar role
Strong accounting and financial management skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organisational and time-management skills
A proactive approach and the ability to work independently
High levels of integrity and discretion
An understanding of governance, compliance and financial controls
