Production Operative
Woodbridge, England | £12.24 per hour | Temporary – Permanent
Rotating Double Day Shifts (Monday to Friday): 05:45 - 14:00, 13:45 - 22:00
Position 1 Recruitment is looking for a reliable and hands‑on Production Operative to join a growing team in Woodbridge. Full training is provided with opportunities to develop and progress.

Key Duties- Assisting in sauce production to quality standards
- Handling raw materials and packaging safely
- Labelling, date coding, and sealing products
- Stacking, shrink‑wrapping, and palletising goods
- Maintaining a clean workstation
- Completing basic equipment checks and paperwork
- Reporting issues to supervisors
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Good attention to detail
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to follow processes
- Physically fit for standing and lifting
Previous food or manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential.
