Responsibilities
- Engage with customers and serve them in a helpful and friendly way.
- Answer questions from customers, donors, and supporters.
- Communicate with fellow volunteers about what has sold and needs restocking.
- Develop retail and cashier skills behind the till and process payments.
- Assist with administration and reception duties around the till area.
- Promote Gift Aid and sales campaigns.
Volunteers must be aged 17 or older and have no unspent criminal convictions. This is an unpaid position.
