Hybrid3 days in office, 2 days remote

OverviewAccounting Manager role opening with a prestigious, stable and growing Family Office based in Middlesex County, NJ. CPA with 5-7 years of accounting experience desired.
Responsibilities- Oversee staff members in the month-end close, reconciliation of internal accounts, and financial statement preparation for investment holding entities, trusts, and foundations
- Review monthly, quarterly, annual reports
- Review daily bank and brokerage account cash activities
- Oversee the reconciliation of investment activity
- Oversee bank and brokerage account activities
- Review cash flow projections.
- Provide supporting documents for annual financial audits
- Prepare pro forma and other financial reports
- Lead special projects for Senior Management
- Partner with high-net-worth individuals and families with the utmost confidentiality
- Provide a high-level of personal financial services to high-net-worth individuals and families
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- CPA (or working towards certification)
- Public accounting experience highly preferred
- 5-7 years of relevant accounting experience
- Quick Books accounting software skills are required
- Family office or Fund Accounting experience preferred
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
