Senior Tax Associate (2+ years experience)Location: Hybrid (3 days in Iselin NJ office, 2 days remote)
Reports To: Tax Supervising Senior
Salary: 75-85K (Could pay a little more if someone is going through the process of their CPA.)

Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Tax Associate to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities- Prepare and review tax returns for various entity types, including C & S corporations, partnerships, and individuals.
- Manage multi-state taxation, real estate funds, private equity funds, and financial institutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff, fostering their professional development.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Assist in business development activities to support the firm's growth.
- Utilize CCH suite of products for tax preparation and research.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members, both orally and in writing.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting.
- CPA certification or serious candidate.
- 2 years of tax experience in an accounting firm.
- SALT experience is a plus.
- At least 1 year of staff supervisory experience.
- Proven experience in client relationship building.
- Experience with a wide variety of entity types, including C & S corporations, partnerships, and individuals.
- Knowledge of multi-state taxation, real estate funds, private equity funds, and financial institutions is a plus.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, time management, and decision-making skills.
- Enjoys collaborating with team members.
- Interest in acquiring business development skills.
- Proficiency with the CCH suite of products is a plus.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
