Location: Hybrid (3 days in Iselin NJ office, 2 days remote)

Reports To: Tax Supervising Senior

Salary: 75-85K (Could pay a little more if someone is going through the process of their CPA.)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Tax Associate to join our dynamic team. • Prepare and review tax returns for various entity types, including C & S corporations, partnerships, and individuals.
• Manage multi-state taxation, real estate funds, private equity funds, and financial institutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff, fostering their professional development.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Assist in business development activities to support the firm's growth.
• Utilize CCH suite of products for tax preparation and research.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members, both orally and in writing.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting.
• CPA certification or serious candidate.
• 2 years of tax experience in an accounting firm.
• SALT experience is a plus.
• At least 1 year of staff supervisory experience.
• Proven experience in client relationship building.
• Experience with a wide variety of entity types, including C & S corporations, partnerships, and individuals.
• Knowledge of multi-state taxation, real estate funds, private equity funds, and financial institutions is a plus.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, time management, and decision-making skills.
• Enjoys collaborating with team members.
• Interest in acquiring business development skills.
• Proficiency with the CCH suite of products is a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
