Key Responsibilities
  • Prioritize, research, and write responses for a high volume of AP inquiries created by suppliers and employees.
  • Review past‑due invoice lists to ensure all invoices are accounted for and determine reasons for non‑payment.
  • Manually post past‑due invoices in SAP as necessary, reverse incorrectly entered invoices, and repost correctly.
  • Escalate issues to management when necessary and display a strong commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Support accounting reporting activities, including track, monitor, and review aging reports and reconcile AP sub‑ledger.
  • Manage customer‑vendor relations, ensure vendor compliance, and reconcile vendor statement of accounts for multiple vendors.
  • Assist with operations staff; respond to AP questions/concerns to meet business needs.
  • Assist with other projects as needed and perform other responsibilities as assigned by the AP Manager.
Essential Qualifications
  • Associates Degree in accounting or finance and/or a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service and/or AP function.
  • Strong interpersonal and planning skills to balance and prioritize work.
  • Experience in a shared services environment is a plus.
  • Bilingual – Fluency in both Spanish and English required.

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to multi‑task, prioritize, manage time effectively, manage competing demands and adapt to frequent changes.
  • Computer skills include Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables and V‑Lookups) and SAP knowledge is a plus.
Compensation

Expected base pay: $22.00 – $28.00 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on job‑related factors, including relevant experience, skills, education or certifications, and geographic location, consistent with applicable laws and company policy.
