Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 am – 5:30 pm

As our Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for all aspects of accounting and financial reporting, including daily and monthly journal entries, account analysis, budgeting, and fluctuation analysis. The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial reporting standards.

• Verify, post, and reconcile general ledger accounts, including:
  • Cash transactions and bank reconciliations
  • Prepaid expenses
  • Property, plant, and equipment, along with depreciation
  • Other assets
  • Accrued expenses
  • Lease accounting (operating and capital)
• Produce accurate and reliable financial reports
• Adhere to month‑end closing schedules
• Assist with annual bank collateral and external audits

• Experience:
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in accounting
  • Net Suite experience preferred, but not required
• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent field required
• Skills:
  • Strong expertise in GAAP
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables
  • Detail‑oriented and highly analytical
  • Identify and resolve errors, recommending improvements in financial reporting processes

Salary Range: $80,000 – $100,000 annually

The range listed is the Company’s good‑faith estimate of the annual base salary for this position at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, location, internal equity, and market factors, consistent with applicable pay transparency laws.
