*** About the role
** We are looking for a Group Benefits Clients Administrator to join our growing team!
** What you'll do here:
*** Serve as the primary contact for our Retail Client’s Plan Administrator and Plan Sponsors
* Collaborate closely with the Senior and Group Benefits Analyst to prepare and issue Request To Quote (RTQ) to Carrier Partners, using established tools and processes
* Analyze carrier proposals and prepare detailed, client-ready reports for Advisors to present
* Manage the onboarding of new groups and coordinate implementation for existing clients transitioning to new providers
* Provide post-sale and ongoing administrative support to Plan Sponsors and Administrators
* Assist clients with all aspects of Employee Group Health Benefits administration
** What you bring to the table:
*** Completion of a high school diploma and/or post-secondary education
* Certification in CEBS or GBA is considered an asset, though not required
* Demonstrated analytical acumen and strong organizational capabilities
* Proven commitment to client service and customer satisfaction
* Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
* Strong time management, attention to detail, and follow-through
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word), with solid keyboarding and computer skills #LI-Hybrid We thank all applicants for their interest, but only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
