Job SummaryThe primary role of the Account Manager is to maintain overall responsibility for client relationship management and the account service team, as well as provide administrative support to the Health Insurance Fund (Fund) division. This includes orchestrating the deployment of corporate‑wide resources to provide comprehensive products, services, and solutions to Acrisure NJ Platform accounts.
Responsibilities- Support JHIF members and their employees focusing on overall day‑to‑day needs
- Assist with COBRA and Direct Bill programs within JHIF entities
- Review Medicare member eligibility and oversee transition into the Medicare population
- Conduct client meetings and presentations to provide consulting services
- Speak to employers and employees effectively during open enrollment meetings
- Collect pertinent data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions to assist members in rectifying claims issues
- Apply effective management and marketing techniques
- Continuously build knowledge and skills to keep pace with market trends
- Demonstrate strong organizational and management skills
- Familiarize with computer systems of all carriers for reference
- Coordinate and manage the renewal and RFP process for clients
- 5+ years of experience in large‑market employee benefits
- NJ Life and Health License
- HS Diploma or equivalent required;
Bachelor’s Degree preferred - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

The base compensation range for this position is $65,000 – $85,000. Placement within the range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.
