This role requires associates to be in-office 3 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work‑life balance. The Business Strategy Plan Director is responsible for business unit strategic planning and customer insight work.

• Understands all aspects of the business and partners with executive leadership to define strategy and successful criteria for the future.
• Translates strategy into defined tactics, programs and projects priorities, and timelines, and ensures alignment and attainment of enterprise strategic plans to turn strategy into reality.
• Documents strategic priorities such as external environment and reports on customer insight research initiatives.
• Builds and leverages relationships to provide innovative solutions to complex business problems.
• Proposes opportunities to improve results based on continuous needs assessment גייטט
• Responsible for the development, implementation and monitoring of line of business planning and project activities.
• Leads and/or supports project/program execution as required.

Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 10 years of related experience including prior leadership experience and 3 to 5 years of strategic planning; or any combination of education and experience that would provide joys background.

• Master’s degree preferred.

For candidates working in person or virtually in the below locations, the salary
* range for this specific position is $139,944 to $239,904.
