Thisrolewilllead tothe implementation and oversight of digital delivery strategies across multiple large projects in sectors includingtransportation, water, energy, buildings, and environment. This role ensures the integration of digital platforms, tools, and workflows to support efficient, collaborative, and data‑driven project execution.

This is a leadership role, responsible for both technical oversight of implementation on our projects as well as thegrowth of our local people and long‑term capability.

The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in BIMManagement, digital tools, project delivery,as well as an aptitude for team management and leadership. This position is a full‑time position.

The successful candidate willbe inthe New York Metro Area , commuting distance from

Mott Mac Donald’s New York Mid‑town office, and be expected tomaintaina regular presence in the Manhattan office or nearby client offices and project sites.

• Leverage experience with Bentley systems suite of tools and BIM Management skills to drive successful data‑driven projects.
• Support the development and execution of the project’s Digital Delivery Strategy, aligned with project, local and international standards.
• Oversee our project's implementation of BIM and CAD workflows across multidisciplinary design teams formed from multiple organizations working within Joint Ventures. This includes supporting the Common Data Environment (CDE), ensuring data integrity, security, and accessibility.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent digital practices.
• Direct digital delivery staff including BIM/CAD Managers, Information Managers, and Document Control for successful outcomes.
• Author and ensure compliance with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP), Information Management Plan, and project‑specific protocols.
• Contribute to and lead digital coordination meetings and provide technical leadership on model integration, clash detection, and data validation.
• Champion innovation in digital delivery, including automation, model‑based design reviews, and digital twin readiness.
• Conduct training and provide mentorship to project teams on digital tools and workflows.
• Continue the growth of digital excellence through enabling and motivating teams, solving obstacles, delighting stakeholders, and using data to inform decisions.

• 10+ years of project hands‑on use of the Bentley systems suite of tools (Open Roads, Open Rail, Micro Station).
• 5+ years of experience in digital delivery or BIM/VDC roles on large infrastructure projects.
• Experience configuring and managing Bentley Systems CDE platforms (e.g., Project Wise, iTwin).
