Our Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) team combines deep financial planning expertise with modern technology solutions to solve our clients’ most pressing challenges. As a Senior Manager, you’ll guide clients through the complexities of FP&A—redesigning processes, implementing technology‑enabled planning, budgeting, and forecasting solutions—and help them transform their financial planning capabilities to drive organizational performance.

• Lead the effective management and delivery of financial processes, solutions, and projects.
• Ensure a focus on quality and risk management while driving continuous process improvement.
• Guide teams and supervise others to deliver complex technical initiatives.
• Provide deep insight and guidance to teams, driving performance and innovation.
• Build and manage client relationships to support business growth.

• Deep understanding of FP&A processes, financial modeling, and business partnering.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver complex transformation projects on time and on budget.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect finance processes to strategic outcomes.
• Proven success building lasting client relationships and driving commercial outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills—able to translate financial concepts for diverse business audiences.
• Flexibility to travel as client engagements require.
• Demonstrate expertise in financial planning and analytics through analysis and knowledge of best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree required;
  Master’s degree preferred (Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business).
• Minimum 7 years of combined industry and consulting experience in financial planning and analysis, with expertise in strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and business performance analysis.
• Strong FP&A functional background from corporate finance roles (Manager, Senior Manager, or Director level preferred).
• Consulting or advisory experience implementing FP&A transformations, process improvements, or EPM solutions.
• Proven track record of translating business challenges into improved planning and decision‑making processes.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities—able to deconstruct complex issues and leverage financial data to drive insights.
• Experience working with EPM platforms such as Anaplan, Oracle EPM Cloud, One Stream, Tagetik, or similar solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive presence.
• Willingness to travel to meet client needs.

• Industry experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or corporate finance roles in operating companies.
• Consulting experience in advisory, implementation, or transformation consulting in finance functions.
• CPA, CFA, or MBA credentials.
• Experience across multiple industries (e.g., manufacturing, retail, technology, healthcare, financial services).
• Familiarity with data integration, cloud computing, or system architecture concepts.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills that build trust and foster collaboration with C‑suite executives and finance teams.
• Proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset with strong executive presence.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations in dynamic environments.
• Experience managing financial projects or programs.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
