Key ResponsibilitiesYou’ll spend much of your time supporting client engagements by participating in day‑to‑day interactions with clients, delivering high quality work, and driving service delivery to meet deadlines. You’ll continually build technical competence by staying current on trends, developments, and legislation that impact our clients.
Skills and Attributes for Success- Understanding of complex commercial real and personal property tax concepts and effective application to client situations.
- Ability to develop and deliver quality tax advice with timely, responsive services that exceed client expectations.
- Identification and offering of opportunities for additional special services.
- Preparation of practical approaches to clients’ tax situations and drawing appropriate conclusions.
- Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant property tax consulting experience, or equivalent business/industry experience.
- Broad exposure to state and local taxation.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and verbal/written communication skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed and ability to work in a balanced hybrid environment.
- MBA or JD degrees.
- CPA or CMI designations.
- Experience in a professional services environment.

Benefits & Compensation- Comprehensive compensation and benefits package including a base salary range of $81,700 to $135,000 nationwide, with higher ranges in key markets. Additional benefits include medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off.
- Hybrid work model: most external client‑serving roles work together in person 40–60% of the time during engagements or projects.
