About the Role

This role involves partnering with business leaders to design and implement talent strategies that support business objectives and drive a high-performance culture.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to design and implement talent strategies that support business objectives and drive a high-performance culture.
  • Lead succession planning and talent review processes for high-potential employees and leadership roles.
  • Oversee learning and development programs, onboarding, and career development initiatives that enhance employee growth.
  • Manage employee engagement initiatives, using insights from surveys, feedback, and analytics to inform HR strategies.
  • Support performance management and recognition programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and development priorities.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to people managers on talent management best practices, organizational development, and workforce planning.
Qualifications
  • Experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, or HR Business Partnering within financial services, technology, or professional services environments
Required Skills
  • Strong knowledge of succession planning, leadership development, and performance management frameworks.
  • Ability to analyze HR data to drive insights and improve engagement, retention, and development strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic mindset with a passion for building high-performing teams and fostering employee growth.
