AI DevOps Engineer

This role is for an AI Dev Ops Engineer (Hybrid) in Iselin, New Jersey, with an unknown contract length and unknown pay rate. The position requires a Bachelor's degree, 7+ years of experience in Dev Sec Ops , proficiency in Python, and experience with AI tools and cloud platforms.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Dev Sec Ops , Site Reliability Engineering.
• Hands‑on knowledge of AI tools, models, and practical use‑case implementation.
• Working knowledge and experience with LLM and neural networks.
• Must explain how they built an AI solution, not just integrate AI tools into a platform or environment.
• Proficiency in Python or Java.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Understanding of ML frameworks (Tensor Flow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git Hub, Git Lab CI, Artifactory).
• Hands‑on experience with automated security vulnerability detection and remediation using security scanning tools in the DAST/SAST/IAST space.
• Experience building and deploying agentic capabilities using AI agentic tools and processes across technology and business landscapes.

• LLM (Claude/OpenAI) with focus on reasoning/agentic use cases.
• Agentic AI frameworks – Lang Chain, Lang Graph, CrewAI.
• Context engineering.
• MCP.
• Vector databases.
• RAG.
• Python language proficiency is a must.
• Deep understanding of cloud engineering related to AI, Dev Ops, Automation.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills to work with data scientists and operations teams.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of security best practices for AI systems.
• Ability to balance technical requirements with business needs.

• Design blue/green deployment strategies using AI capabilities.
• Implement version control for code, data, and models using Git Lab, Sonar Qube, Jenkins, and Artifactory.
• Automate testing frameworks using AI capabilities, including model validation tests.
• Automated build, scans, and deployment, including vulnerability remediation capabilities.
