Ansell is looking for a Sr. Analyst, Revenue Management to join our team in Iselin, NJ!

As the SME for Pricing Optimization and CPQ tools, you’ll enhance Offer Development, lead related work streams in Revenue Management, and support a global ERP transformation. You’ll liaise between Commercial Operations and Enterprise Applications, design process solutions, and provide level two support to ensure service SLAs are met.

What your role will be?

• Working with Sr. Manager of Revenue Management, you are responsible for the leading the design, build, test, deploy and support activities for Pricing Optimization and Configure Price Quote solutions (e.g. PROS or Vendavo)
• Collaborate with Order to Cash and Opportunity to Order Enterprise Applications teams on pricing solutions and processes, to drive meaningful business solutions for Commercial Operations.
• Manage the master data and transactional data requirements to drive the machine learning engine for Pricing Optimization modules.
• Collaborate with Data Lake and Analytics teams to deliver advanced decision support to the Commercial Operations user community and leadership
• Follows Enterprise Application IT Demand practices and advocates IT solutions within the business
• Understand business process and system design; identify and resolve issues; recommend process changes and resolves root causes on repeated issues.
• Support Change Management activities including change impact analysis and training material creation.

What will you bring to Ansell?

• At least 5 years working experience with Pricing Optimization and Configure Price Quote Implementations, testing and support in a global setting.
• Deep expertise with PROS Smart Pricing Optimization and CPG or analogous solutions.
• Strong functional knowledge of Sales and Commercial Operations processes.
• Operated on a global position, covering multiple regions in complex organizations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong skills in Microsoft applications (Excel, Vision, Project and Power BI)

Desirable Job Competencies

• Understanding of Rebate, Chargeback, GPO Admin Fee processes in the Life Sciences Industry
• Working functional experience with Opportunity and Contract Management in
• Master Data Governance and Migration experience
• Experience with Azure Dev Ops & MSFT lifecycle service
• Data Science, Machine Learning, and/or RPA experience
