Key Responsibilities:

• Reporting & Dashboards:
  Develop, maintain, and automate performance dashboards and reporting tools to provide actionable insights to internal stakeholders.
• Analytics:
  Analyze business data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement; support data-driven decision-making.
• Industry Research:
  Conduct in-depth macroeconomic, industry/market, regional and competitive research to stay ahead of macro industry trends and inform strategic initiatives.
• AI & Digitalization:
  Explore and recommend AI and digital transformation tools to improve efficiency, customer experience, and innovation.
• Pitch Writing & Web Content:
  Craft compelling pitch decks, business proposals, and web content that align with brand voice and strategic market goals.
• Training & Knowledge Sharing:
  Train and support team members on tools, processes, and best practices in analytics and reporting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years’ experience in Data/Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or related.
• Proven experience in data analysis, visualization, and AI applications.
• Proficiency in advanced software solutions, including, but not limited to, Salesforce, Tableau, Knime, Power Automate, Microsoft Suite (Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc)
• Understanding and interest in working with Artificial Intelligence technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to challenge oneself to learn new systems, software and online tools as will arise.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment.
