We are looking for an experienced
Technical Lead
to oversee
application maintenance and enhancement
activities within the
SAP S/4

HANASupply

Chain– Warehouse Management
domain. The ideal candidate will ensure the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of warehouse management applications, while collaborating with functional and technical teams to implement enhancements and resolve issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage
  application support
  ,
  incident resolution
  , and
  change requests
• Perform
  enhancement design
  , configuration, and testing for SAP S/4
  
  HANA WM modules
• Collaborate with business users and cross-functional teams to gather requirements
• Ensure
  system stability
  , optimize performance, and support periodic updates or upgrades
• Identify opportunities for
  process automation
  and
  system improvements
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to support team members
• Maintain
  documentation
  and ensure compliance with IT governance policies
• Strong experience in
  application maintenance and enhancement
  within SAP environments
• Expertise in
  SAP S/4
  
  HANA Enterprise Management –Supply Chain– Warehouse Management (WM)
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and propose scalable solutions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
