Lead science and technical expert in Real-world Evidence (RWE) within Johnson & Johnson's Innovative Medicine division, focusing on data-driven healthcare insights to support regulatory and development efforts.
Responsibilities- lead RWE project portfolio
- develop best practices
- mentor team members
- design and interpret RWE studies including external control, hybrid, and comparative effectiveness analyses
- generate actionable insights from post-hoc RCTs and observational data
- Ph.D. in epidemiology or biostatistics
- 5+ years in biopharma, healthcare analytics, or consulting
- expert programming skills in R, Python, or SAS
- extensive experience with real-world data sources (EHR, insurance claims, registries) and clinical trial data structure
- strong communication skills
- familiarity with drug discovery, clinical development, and therapeutic areas like Oncology, Immunology, or Neuroscience; experience in regulatory communication
emphasis on RWE methodologies, bias mitigation, and regulatory support in the context of Innovative Medicine.
Work setuplocation flexible across multiple US sites; no travel explicitly specified.
