Location:
Remote (CA, FL, GA, , IL, LA, NJ, NY, NV, TX, VA) Job Type: Contract Responsibilities
- Drive technical product deployment, partnering with customers to configure and integrate solutions that align with their business needs.
- Deliver impactful operational training and share best practices to optimize performance through automation, API capabilities, and custom reporting.
- Provide hands‑on troubleshooting and configuration as an extension of the customer’s team is task force based environment
- Collaborate to build clear onboarding plans with defined milestones and controls.
- Qualifications
- Must be a United States citizen residing and working within the United States.
- At least 5 years of customer‑facing experience in technical consulting, systems integration, or the deployment of enterprise cybersecurity solutions.
- Minimum of 1 year of hands‑on experience with Google Sec Ops security platforms, API integrations, scripting/automation, and cloud infrastructure.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 30%
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; or equivalent practical experience.
- Exceptional hands‑on problem‑solving capabilities.
- Superior documentation and communication skills.
- Proven ability to deliver technical training and translate complex requirements into actionable implementation steps.
- A collaborative team player who engages effectively with key cross functional stakeholders to ensure project success.
- A proactive commitment to continuous improvement, assisting customers in optimizing their security
