Triunity Software is looking for a sharp and driven Technical Business Analyst to join our growing team in New Jersey! In this role, you'll sit at the intersection of technology and business, helping translate complex requirements into actionable solutions that make a real impact. If you thrive in a fast-paced software environment and love solving problems, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:- Gather, document, and analyze business and technical requirements from stakeholders
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for development teams
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and JAD sessions to align business and IT objectives
- Develop process flow diagrams, use cases, and data mapping documentation
- Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions to improve systems and workflows
- Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and project managers throughout the SDLC
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate that solutions meet business requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software or technology environment
- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies including Agile and Scrum
- Proficiency in requirements management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar
- Experience with SQL, data analysis, and working with technical teams on integrations or APIs
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to create clear documentation including BRDs, FRDs, and process diagrams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
