Insurance Coverage Attorney

Overview

Hinshaw & Culbertson, a leading national law firm, is seeking an attorney to join its Insurance Services group in its Iselin, NJ office
.

This position offers the opportunity to work with a collaborative team, representing national and international insurance clients across a broad range of complex coverage areas, including but not limited to bad faith, professional liability, pollution, construction defect, personal and advertising injury, cyber liability, and excess liability matters.

• Must be admitted to the New Jersey bar in good standing.
• Ideal candidates will have civil litigation experience in both state and federal courts.
• Experience representing clients in insurance coverage litigation matters is preferred.
• Candidates should have strong research, writing, and analytical skills.

Estimated $135,000 to $175,000. The estimated salary range listed is specifically for applicants who will perform work in New Jersey if selected for the role and is not applicable to other locations. Any final salary offer will be determined based on internal equity, market data, the candidate’s skills, relevant experience, and applicable degrees or certifications.
