Job
Our client is seeking a Healthcare Attorney with a minimum of 2 years’ experience to join the dynamic Healthcare Regulatory and Corporate Transactional practice.
Responsibilities- Draft and review contracts, including Operating Agreements, Shareholder Agreements, Employment Agreements, Asset Purchase Agreements, Stock or Membership Interest Purchase Agreements, and Joint Venture Agreements.
- Negotiate the purchase and sale of businesses, NDAs, LOIs, Term Sheets, APAs, and Private Equity Transactions.
- Perform due diligence and advise on health care regulatory matters.
- Represent physicians and/or physician group practices, hospitals, and/or ambulatory surgical centers is preferred.
- Admission to the NJ bar in good standing is required.
- Outstanding academic credentials and excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience in health care regulatory matters or representing physicians and/or physician groups is preferred.
- Knowledge of tax and securities law is a plus.
The salary range for a Healthcare Attorney is $145,000 to $160,000. Salary determination will vary based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the total rewards package, which can include a discretionary performance bonus and/or an origination bonus.
