Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Land Use and Redevelopment Law attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various areas of law, including municipal land use and redevelopment. Must have excellent writing, analytical and communication skills and be able to work with municipalities on all levels, including town officials, engineers, and other members of the municipalities’ project team.

Qualified candidates must be admitted to the NJ bar. Experience in municipal government is a plus.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New Jersey bar.
• Strong knowledge of Land Use and Redevelopment
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing case files.
• Exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while also demonstrating independence when necessary.
