Ansell is looking for a Head of Commercial Strategy & Execution to join our team in Iselin, NJ!

In this position you will play a vital role driving the development and activation of the Americas’ commercial growth strategy. Reporting directly to the CCO and partnering closely with the Americas leadership team, this role will oversee both near- and long-term strategic planning, ensuring effective execution of key growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will provide strategic oversight, leverage project management excellence, and identify critical organic and inorganic (M&A-focused) growth opportunities, engaging with the board as needed to deliver on ambitious business objectives.

The base salary range for this position is $220,000 to $250,000 U.S. Dollars per year.

Specific salary for this role may vary within this range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Candidate may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits.

What your role will be? Strategy Development & Activation
  • Partner with the Chief Commercial Officer Americas to develop and implement the board-approved long-range strategic plan across the region, target markets, and customers.
  • Lead the annual Americas strategic planning process and coordinate key transformation initiatives with support from Finance, SECA, Commercial Units, Ops, and GPMO.
  • Drive market, segment, and geographic opportunity analysis to prioritize high-return growth initiatives.
  • Oversee strategic plan activation, tracking, and reporting, including monthly and quarterly performance reviews.
  • Lead the development of an M&A target identification and assessment process.
  • Optimize resource allocation across commercial functions to maximize impact.
Project Management Office (PMO)
  • Establish the Americas leadership team PMO approach, defining project management best practices and tracking mechanisms for critical business initiatives.
  • Ensure effective coordination of resources and clarity of project plans to support growth, efficiency, and operational objectives.
  • Manage high-impact projects such as target market/portfolio pricing and positioning, ERP platform implementation, and M&A identification/onboarding.
Performance & Analytics
  • Define KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure the success of commercial initiatives.
  • Promote data-driven decision making through advanced analytics and actionable insights.
  • Enhance initiative ROI/ROE analysis to inform strategy and decision-making.
  • Develop forecasting models and business intelligence capabilities to support commercial planning.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews and monthly performance management processes for the Americas leadership team.
