SSUSA Project Manager

One of our international technology clients is seeking a Project Manager for their US office in the Edison area in New Jersey. It is a full time permanent position and you must be in the office 5 days a week.

As their project manager, your job will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure that all projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. The desired candidate must have excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently is paramount, prioritizing tasks to consistently deliver a successful outcome.

• Create and maintain Project Plans for client-related work.
• Document, review and follow through on Project plans.
• Lead the project meetings with agenda and document minutes and actions.
• Perform the end-to-end coordination of the overall project for implementation with internal stakeholders, client, and project team.
• Monitor and control the project progress, such as, scope/cost/schedule and track the changes with an organization prescribed tool in a timely manner.
• Ensure that projects are delivered on time without compromising the quality.
• Timely escalation of the issues/risks to the stakeholders.
• Document and publish issues, risks, and meeting notes.
• Develop and follow through Risk Mitigation Plans
• Ensure that project related artifacts are stored and current in the organization prescribed storage locations.
• Develop, document, and review the weekly/monthly status report to the stakeholders.

• 5+ years of core project management experience.
• Managed diverse project teams globally.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience in managing SWIFT projects is a plus.
• Minimum of bachelor  degree in a business or engineering discipline.
• PMP or Scrum certified Project Manager is a plus
• Prior experience managing projects in Agile/Waterfall methodologies is a plus.
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.
