The Screen Printer Loader is responsible for setting up screen printing equipment and loading garments for production to ensure accurate alignment and high‑quality prints. This role requires attention to detail and proficiency in operating printing machinery. The Screen Printer Loader must have experience in screen printing or related fields, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Other duties may be assigned.

• Set up and calibrate screen printing equipment for production runs.
• Load garments onto the press, ensuring precise alignment and positioning.
• Conduct quality checks on garments before printing to maintain company standards.
• Collaborate with the screen print team to optimize workflow efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area surrounding the press.
• Assist in routine maintenance and cleaning of screen‑printing equipment.
• Adhere to safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• Previous experience in screen printing or a related field is preferred.
• Demonstrated strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet production deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read labels and numbers accurately.
• Comfortable standing for long periods during work shifts.

May be required to have a valid driver’s license and meet Vantage Driver Approval requirements.
