Role

Highlights

The Production Coordinator plays a key role in supporting and coordinating daily production operations by managing reporting, order workflows, inventory, and cross‑functional collaboration across departments such as Amazon, Greg Norman, Labeling, QA, and Floor Operations. This role works closely with different teams to keep operations organized, accurate, and on schedule. The ideal candidate pays close attention to detail, stays organized, and works well in a busy environment while helping the team improve and exceed production goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Prepare and distribute daily and weekly production reports.
  • Maintain and update production tracking systems and summary sheets to ensure data accuracy.
  • Use Excel macros and pivot tables to analyze production data and generate reports.
  • Print and process Greg Norman orders in accordance with production schedules.
  • Manage Amazon order workflows, ensuring accurate fulfillment and timely resolution of issues.
  • Coordinate swatch requests and product replacements with appropriate team members.
  • Perform product labeling tasks and ensure QA photos are properly captured and stored.
  • Support quality control processes by monitoring product standards and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Transfer orders between departments and production areas to maintain workflow efficiency.
  • Manage threads, frames, and other production materials to support operational needs.
  • Track and update inventory levels to ensure adequate supply for production activities.
  • Provide coverage and support in the absence of supervisors.
  • Assist with ad‑hoc tasks and cross‑functional team requests.
  • Collaborate with IT and Pulse

    ID teams to troubleshoot and resolve machine or scanning issues.
Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clear and effective interaction with clients.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high‑quality standards.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment and meet production deadlines.
  • Reliable, responsible, and punctual, demonstrating a strong work ethic.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Flexible and adaptable, capable of adjusting to changing priorities and providing supervisor coverage when needed.
Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic math skills for counting and simple calculations.
  • Comfortable standing for long periods during work shifts.
Computer Skills

Demonstrated high proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel (including macros and pivot tables), Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Certificates and Licenses

May be required to have a valid driver’s license and meet Vantage Driver Approval requirements.
