We are seeking an experienced and passionate Baker to join our team at our Woodbridge location. The ideal candidate must have a valid work permit and be available for full-time employment
. The Baker will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of fresh, high-quality baked goods while ensuring consistency, quality, and food safety standards.

• Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods according to recipes and production schedules.
• Measure, mix, knead, and shape dough while maintaining accuracy in ingredients and portion sizes.
• Operate and maintain bakery equipment, including ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters.
• Monitor baking process and ensure proper texture, taste, and appearance of finished products.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
• Maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring freshness and proper storage.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and customer demands.
• Adapt to special requests and custom orders as needed.

Must have a valid work permit (if applicable)

Proven experience as a Baker or similar role in a commercial bakery or food production environment

Ability to work full-time
, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality.

Excellent time management skills and attention to detail. Ability to lift heavy bags of flour, trays, and other baking supplies (up to 50 lbs.).
