** to the team. This candidate should be well-rounded and capable of all aspects of marketing, with a primary focus on digital initiatives. With our main headquarters in NY and additional offices in CA, GA and TX- this hybrid position will be out of the Staten Island, NY location, both in the office and remote.###

* Position Responsibilities:

* ** Website Management
- ** Maintain existing website, and regularly create new web pages and on-site blogs, including website content/copy, design and user experience.
* ** SEO Management**– Regularly manage and optimize website for search engines, including keyword research, writing meta descriptions, building links, new strategies, etc.
* ** Digital Marketing Strategies**– Setting goals, maintaining budgets, developing content campaigns to help drive increased sales opportunities.
* ** Email Marketing**– Create and distribute email marketing campaigns using Marketing Automation software to both our client base and prospect base for increased lead generation.
* ** Content Writing
- ** Assist with content creation to be used in all digital efforts, and review/edit content provided by the internal and 3rd party marketing teams.
* ** Digital Reporting**– Compile monthly, quarterly and annual reports that accurately reflect the marketing efforts across all digital channels.
* ** Team Lead**– Manage the 3rd party SEO/PPC digital team, as well as our internal digital team, reporting to the Director of Marketing.###

* Minimum Qualifications:

* · Bachelor’s Degree
· 5+ years of digital marketing experience
* Exceptional communication & writing skills (Webpage copy, blogs, whitepapers etc.)###

* Preferred Qualifications:

*** Ideal candidates have worked in a CMS platform (preferably Word Press) with applied experience both updating existing pages & designing/creating pages from scratch
* Comfortable working with marketing automation platforms and/or email design tools (Eloqua, Hub Spot, Act-On etc.)
* Ability to create & edit graphic files using Adobe creative suite
* Working knowledge of HTML & CSS
* Creative, Innovative Individual
