THE

OPPORTUNITY

As Kitchen Leader you will learn how to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables while ensuring our food is absolutely delicious. You’ll order ingredients and train new Kitchen Leaders. You serve as a role model for Crew members, promoting teamwork and creating a great customer experience.

What You’ll Do

Ensure food quality by cooking and preparing food to order following kitchen procedures.
Monitor food waste and inventory levels, and resolve food quality issues.
Support a strong team dynamic between back‑of‑house Crew and front‑of‑house Crew.

Develop Crew members to be future Kitchen Leaders.

Communicate with Crew members and customers effectively to ensure great customer service and throughput.

Maintain the kitchen cleanliness and sanitation. sneller>

Monitor kitchen equipment, ensuring it is kept in good repair and remedy malfunctions promptly.

Maintain safety and injury prevention standards for kitchen and Crew members.

Fill out Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and Inventory Rotation (FIFO).

What You’ll Bring To The Table

Ability to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
Proficiency in speaking,egaanka, writing, and understanding the primary language(s) of the work location.
High school diploma.
Restaurant experience.

PAY TRANSPARENCY
