Sales Counselor

Join Everstory Partners as a Sales Counselor and help families navigate their funeral planning journey while earning competitive compensation.

This position sells pre‑need and at‑need funeral services, inventory, cemetery services, property and merchandise. The Sales Counselor assists families with funeral selections, attends services, and generates leads through walk‑ins, inbound calls, and proactive prospecting.

• Generate leads via walk‑ins, inbound calls, proactive prospecting.
• Assist families with funeral selections and attend services.
• Sell pre‑need and at‑need funeral services, inventory, cemetery services, property and merchandise.
• Maintain high level of discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in Business, Marketing, or Sales preferred.
• 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle; mileage reimbursement provided.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Outlook) required.
• Experience with CRM (lead management system) preferred.
• Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, attention to detail, problem‑solving, organization and planning skills.
• Availability to work some holidays, evenings, and weekends.

Estimated first‑year earnings: $55,000‑$75,000 (uncapped commission and earnings). Training pay: $18.00 per hour for 6 weeks.
