Sales Counselor

• Estimated first‑year earnings range: $50,000-$60,000 (unlimited commission and earnings)
• Training pay of $18.00 per hour for 6 weeks
• Fully insulated in all funeral services, pre‑need and at‑need, cemetery, property and merchandise sales
• The Sales Counselor assists families with funeral selections and attends services
• Leads are generated through walk‑ins, inbound calls, proactive lead generation and prospecting

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in Business, Marketing, or Sales preferred
• 1 year of sales experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required; mileage reimbursement provided for client meetings and community events
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Outlook) required
• Experience with a CRM (lead management system preferred)
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving, verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality for sensitive information
• Availability to work some holidays, evenings and weekends as needed
