• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site‑specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

• Monitor and control access to the location, verifying credentials and authorizations for personnel, visitors, and vehicles entering or exiting the premises.
• Provide customer service by assisting employees, visitors, and delivery personnel with security‑related inquiries and site‑specific procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and around the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential security‑related concerns.
• Document and report any security‑related incidents, observations, or irregularities according to site and Allied Universal procedures.
• Support emergency response activities as directed by site policies and Allied Universal guidelines.
• Collaborate with site staff and other Allied Universal team members to maintain a secure environment within the logistics and distribution setting.

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• X‑ray screening experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
