We are seeking a Python Web Application Developer to build and scale AI-powered web applications and backend services. This role focuses on integrating intelligent capabilities such as search, document understanding, and AI-driven workflows into production-grade web platforms. The ideal candidate is comfortable working at the intersection of software engineering, cloud infrastructure, and applied AI.

• Design and develop Python-based web applications that power AI-enabled products
• Build backend services and APIs that integrate with AI and data services
• Implement CI/CD pipelines to support rapid, reliable deployment of AI-driven applications
• Integrate AI capabilities such as intelligent search, document processing, and automation into web workflows
• Collaborate with AI, data, and cloud teams to product ionize machine learning and AI services
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of AI-enabled systems
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering standards and best practices

• Strong experience building web applications using Python
• Hands‑on experience with modern Python frameworks (Flask, Django, FastAPI)
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines for cloud-based applications
• Solid understanding of API design and backend architecture
• Experience working in cloud environments

• Experience with Azure AI backend services, including:
  • Azure AI Search
  • Azure Document Intelligence
  • Azure AI Foundry
• Experience integrating AI or ML services into production applications
• Familiarity with prompt-based workflows, AI orchestration, or retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) architectures
• Experience deploying AI-enabled applications on Azure
