On-Site Maintenance Supervisor

Lead maintenance efforts with a hands-on approach at a manufacturing facility as a Maintenance Supervisor in Woodbridge. Engage in troubleshooting, team development, and efficient maintenance operations.

As an experienced Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee all maintenance activities within a production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage preventative and predictive maintenance programs

• Schedule work orders via the CMMS process

• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues

• Supervise and mentor maintenance personnel

• Implement and enhance the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field

• Minimum of five years in maintenance management

• Strong knowledge of industrial systems

• Experience with CMMS and maintenance budgeting

• Ability to ensure safety compliance in operations
