CNC Tool Setter

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cutting tools, holders, and gauges for CNC jobs

• Review setup sheets and tooling lists for accuracy

• Assemble cutting tools and tool holders

• Measure and preset tooling for production

• Maintain organization in the tool crib area

Requirements:

• 1–3 years in CNC machine shop or precision manufacturing

• Understanding of cutting tools and CNC processes

• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

• Ability to work with high-precision components

• Proactive communication and teamwork skills
