This full-time, permanent role focuses on setup and operation of CNC machines rather than high-volume production. Successful candidates will have a minimum of three years of CNC machining experience, possess hands-on setup skills, and be comfortable in a job shop environment. You will be working with components for aerospace, defence, and medical industries, ensuring quality and precision.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and operate CNC vertical milling machines
• Independently perform machine setups based on job requirements
• Load existing CNC programs for production
• Read engineering drawings and job documentation
• Use precision measuring tools to verify part tolerances
Requirements:
• 3+ years of CNC machining experience
• Expertise in CNC setup and operation
• Familiarity with Fanuc or Haas controls
• Strong understanding of tooling and work offsets
• Good English communication skills
