In this position, you will work under the Plant Manager, evaluating current manufacturing processes, managing new equipment installations, and implementing LEAN methodologies. A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering and 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze existing workflows for improvement
• Manage the implementation of new manufacturing equipment
• Improve production efficiency through layout planning
• Collaborate across departments for cohesive operations
• Develop product and process reports from collected data
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering
• 3-5 years experience in manufacturing processes
• Familiarity with PLC control and CAD tools
• Understanding of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
• Strong analytical and organizational capabilities
