Production Supervisor Ontario

Drive operational excellence as a Production Supervisor for the afternoon shift at ASSA ABLOY's Woodbridge manufacturing facility. Your focus will be on team leadership and enhancing production metrics.

You will oversee the Door Department’s operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. This role is crucial for motivating teams, monitoring production output, and promoting continuous improvement initiatives. Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams are key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead teams to achieve production schedules

• Monitor compliance with safety regulations

• Train and mentor employees for continuous growth

• Implement continuous improvement strategies

• Coordinate with teams to address operational needs

Requirements:

• Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent

• 4–6 years manufacturing supervision experience

• Lean manufacturing experience is a plus

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems
